Our Liberty made it in JP Magazine

Only thing is they list it as an" 06 " instead of a 2002.

Yes they are anti liberty thats for sure, thats why we thought why not send it in and see what happens,... I actually think it was stated that they would NEVER print a Liberty in there magazine.... Hey it gets the Liberty noticed thats what matters

Congrats on the pic and being first!!

Not to take anything away from Tammy... it would be better and more impressive if we sent in some real action shots. I'm sure the Wrangler guys are chuckling at the poser pic with a tire sitting on a small rock that doesn't come close to showing what a Liberty can do.

As for being on a small rock and a poser pic... most pictures in mag's are poser pics. We sent in various pics of the liberty and that is the one they chose. We just wanted to share the fact that a liberty did get in there magazine. Guess we should have kept it to ourselves.. We didnt mean to start a uproar on here so if the mod's want to lock/delete the whole thread feel free to do so .

I think its great that you got in JP, maybe the only time they print a KJ..... who knows. Don't worry about the uproar, just is no one can even think in their wildest dreams that it would ever happen

Tammy... no doubt most are poser pics. I think you're being a tad too sensitive as to what I and some others have said. There is no need to lock out or delete this thread. Again, congrats on making into the magazine, even if what they wrote is garbage.

My previous post above was not meant to disrespect your efforts in any way, only to say a more aggressive pic of the Liberty in action would have given the Wrangler crowd a better insight as to the capabilities of the Liberty. Having one tire atop a little rock i could drive a Honda Civic on will not impress the Wrangler group, at most it'll give them a chuckle and fuel their idea that the Liberty is nothing more than a mall crawler.

My thoughts are that they chose that picture (probably the least agressive shot) to make more fun of the KJ. They wouldn't dare show a KJ doing a hardcore trail pic because it would make them look like fools and eat crow.

If we are going to do this we have to do it right and get as many hard core shots of our KJs as possible in there. No lamish ones please.
