My thoughts are that they chose that picture (probably the least agressive shot) to make more fun of the KJ. They wouldn't dare show a KJ doing a hardcore trail pic because it would make them look like fools and eat crow.

I'd go along with that....

I don't know why anyone would bother trying to change their minds. The parent company just went bankrupt, again. What is the readership on that rag down to now? Like 5 people? So all 5 wrangler owners that still subscribe to that rag (because they can't figure out "the Internets") might think better of a Liberty?

I can't understand the use of a car magazine in this day and age. With sites like Jeep Forum and Lost, why read a dead tree that has no feedback except from a drunken redneck editor who can hardly write a sentence? Adapt or die (like Source Interlink is). What is even sadder is that idiot car companies have wasted their advertising budget on those rags for so long, when they could have been advertising on websites that actually have a real community base dedicated to their products and providing free feedback (duh). Of course, that stupid decision, along with all the rest made in the last thirty years, is working out so well for the domestic car companies right about now.

True... but it's hard to surf the forum while I'm on the crapper

Until that is resolved...the magazines have their place

No way. Anthro, there is no substitute

Btw; if you want to read a good off-road rag, subscribe to 4 Wheel Drive and Sport Utility Magazine. My favorite's are the adventure trips they highlight evry month. So many places to discover....

Someone really needs to submit a pic of a Libby pulling out a stuck Wrangler. That would be great.

Not for nothing and no disrespect intended, but gentlemen, I cant beleive that you all after all these years are still fighting the KJ, TJ , XJ war. Dam, when are all going to stop an not worry on what other are saying about the KJ. Look at the board we are on it includes all Jeep Models. Modify it , Drive it, Beat it, Beak it , re build it, keep it clean, keep it dirty, do whatever you want with it. Just go out there as always and have fun with it!!!! :D :D
