Teh only one I used is Plasti-kote (sp), and I'm happy with the results.

I will note: do not use the spray on types from Bondo or Duplicolor... They just aren't durable enough.

If I did it myself, what are some good names for products? herculiner maybe?

<3 the herculiner.

Have it on the floor of the CJ and the boulder bars on the KJ. It's great stuff and easy to work with.

Dura-bak (sp?) is another brand.
Note also that POR-15 is not UV resistant, so if you go that route, it'll need either a top coat or no sun exposure.

Duh, Forgot about Dura-Bak, and I have 4 gallons of the stuff sitting in the garage now... Though it is about twice the price of Plasti-kote. My review will be forthcoming in a few weeks.

So Troy, I must have missed it, but what stuff do you have on the roof?

Plastikote is the best deal by far for durability, price and quality I've ever seen. I have it on my roof, roof rails and a few other spots on my fenders. I love it.
