My break pedal is hitting the floor when I press the brake pedal. If I pump it and press, it will still go to the floor. I replaced the rotors and still have the problem. My rotors were pretty bad. No noticable leaks.

What should I do next?

sounds like you need to replace the master cyl

one of 3 things can cause that symptom

1. low/no fluid or a leak
2. internal bypass - seals in master cyl bad
3. alot of air in the system which causes over twice the normal pedal movement, which often causes #2 to occur additionally

So if bleeding the brakes don't work, replace the master cyl?

I'd try to gravity bleed it and see how it goes
