Ok Im running a 265-75-16 right now with no rubbing, none. not flexed, not turning, nothing. that size works out to be 31.6 O.D. and 10.4 wide.

Now.. a Super Swamper LTB 31x11.50x16 has a 31.0 OD and 9.8 wide according to the interco web site. Now that would work? got to.

well... how about a Super Swamper TSL SX 32x11.50x16 has a 31.5 O.D. and 10.0 wide. huh? think so? I may try...

that is interesting......why would they say 11.5 when it is actually 10?

the width listed on the tire size is section width - the widest part of the tire - not the tread width -
many companies do not report tread width at all
- and those that do - a 265 tread can be anywhere from 7.4 to 8.5 inches wide.

the SS tires listed the above posted numbers as the tread width. not section width
