Next Meet-and-greet and OHIO club meeting?

Hey guys,

We've had a lot of excitement in the state in the last month. We should start planning the next get together so that we can meet some new members, b.s. and discuss some of our club concerns.

I especially like the idea of organizing shared information on each run. Perhaps we can discuss when, where, how often we get together?

We can also discuss other items as well.

What do you all think? Anyone want to host a get-together?

Well, it's certainly... um... wordy.

My cousin (who is a park ranger for Uncle Sam) mentioned some Seminole site work in FL. Or, if you want something closer to home, you can mosey on up here to Newark (OH) and dig some holes in Mound Builders park. I'm sure you'll be OK as long as no one sees you doing it before you have a chance to find something amazing.

Oh, I got it! They're installing a new natural gas supply line in SE Ohio (through Perry County and other places). If you plant a couple artifacts there while no one is looking, you'll have a job on that project for at least five years! :lol:

We do have a lot of members in Southwest Ohio, but we already had one get together here (at Sperb's place).

Are there any other locations we should consider? Columbus, Toledo, Akron, Eastern Ohio? Or maybe the Dayton area is acceptable for the club?

I know we had a hell of a good time at Sperb's place last meet, My place isn't half as big or nice but if you all want to come over on the 18th of July, Mitch has a few things we were planning on doing and checking out on his Renagade anyway !! I live in Kettering near dayton !! :wink:

Sounds good. Looks like I'm free that day so I'll be there.

My place isn't very big either but if you're host the gathering this month I'll host it next month here in Dublin, Ohio.
