Quick history: took it to the dealer to be looked at, 45-55 mph there is a driveline resonance or a deep growl very quiet and slightly felt through the seats and floor only under very slight acceleration. Mechanic/technician said he could not duplicate or hear what I was. Took the Service manager for a spin and he said yep he hears and feels it. He would look into it and get back with me, no point in looking at it further now because it would be like looking for a needle in a hay stack........not what I wanted to hear but oh well. I decided to look at it myself, now mind you I only have a little over 20,000 on my 2007. The u joints are what I am suspecting, noticed no grease zurks and slight play at the slip shaft on the trans. Pulled the shaft and joints, almost dry but no rust. Changed the u joints anyway because I wanted greaseable joints and slapped her back together. It is about 95% better! I think tomorrow I am going to pull it back down and grease the slip shaft also and I bet that will do it if not I need to get the driveshaft balanced. Just thought I would share this in case someone else is having similar problems. 8)

Mine went out at about 50,000 miles, pretty common problem, they will still feel tight but be rusted solid!

BugginKJ, just wondering if the service manager mentioned during the ride-along that it could possibly be the u-joints?

If not - good catch on your part.

Nope he thought it was some sort of torque converter issue or a needle in a hay stack is what he suggested.
Thank you, turning a wrench is what I have been doing for just about 20 years. Thank the man upstairs I am no longer dealing with cars and the public though

Just to update if anyone is interested......... it turns out the driveshaft is balanced and the 5% IS the torque converter  . I am getting it replaced along with the reprogram for the computer under the TSB for it. So that is a major relief that it is going to be corrected under warranty and that slight shudder, vibration, resonance, growl or whatever ya want to call it will be history soon! :D
