Where can I buy an electric fan with the three wires like the original and also need a chrome grill. I saw a grill on ebay but havent bought it yet.

Hit the local boneyards, most current DCJ products have similar, or use the online dealers to get the original at ~30-40% off dealer list: MoparParts online, Dodge Parts America online, etc
