Smoke Tail Lights

This thread goes back a little ways, just wanted to see if anyone has found anything new!

I have a busted taillight (thanks to the wife, lol), so was thinking of going to a smoke / black look.

For the 05 the only option I see on Ebay is the "Carbon Fiber" look, which I'm not sure of from the pics - anyone have any pictures of them installed?

The other confusing thing is some auctions imply that they are for all years, while others differentiate between 02-04 and 05-07 - is there a difference?

I can't say I LOVE THEM, but they are OK. I prefer all red tails, this was the closest thing I could get. They feel a bit washed out under direct sun, and the edges look too light, I was planning to stick those plastic protectors to cover the edges to make it look better.

Thanks hydepin... I see what you mean - especially at the end of your second video, it kind of looks like black under clear plastic, if that makes sense... not wild about them myself.

I like the "blacked out" look personally... What to do, what to do...

I really like those too... just not the price tag, so much!

Do you have any daylight pics showing them?

EDIT - nevermind, checking out your cardomain page! Those are the smoked ones, right?

Anyone know if there's a difference between the early/late model years?
