Well, I got tired of pumping everyday. Actually it was the day my wife had to pump the primer in the middle of the road in the rain that prompted immediate approval of funds

. I read all of the billion pages of the lift pump threads, and then followed biohazard's right ups. It went smoothly, everything looks pretty stock, which is nice since I still have 20k on my 7/70.
It sure makes a difference. Jeep starts right up, I only hear the Airtex Pump right before the starter kicks in. The racor filter head primer is nice and firm, and it is nice to be able to see the water separator. Seat of the pants it feels like I have less lag, may not be much, the squeal of the tires might just be my excitement passing through the skinny petal to the motor.
My thanks to all those who help put this together.
