Just was wondering if anybody else has had to get a new steering rack and/or tierods? The steering wheel had so much play in it that I could turn it about a quarter turn and nothing would even happen.

We must have a lemon because we've has the engine replaced, two transmissions, torque convertor replaced, transfer case replaced, rear axle and both cat's.

I have had 2 steering racks put into mine. First time was a remanned one and it lasted just over 12000 miles and the current one was a brand new one.

Both done by dealership under extended warrenty.
