At 70+ I have a huge vibration in the front end the guy at the shop told me it was my cheap 400 dollar tires not my alignment has anyone had any problems like that before. I think if its the tires Ill sell and buy some goodyears.

It's not your alignment that is causing your vibs, though your right side camber needs to be corrected more.

Your tires can cause the vibs along with bad tie rod ends(inner/outer),bad rack, bad bushings, bad CV's,bad u-joints,and about 10-15 other things.Have the tires balanced and rotated and see if the vibs comes back.

the guy told me he could not get anymore adjustment out of it on the right camber

on the vib at lower speeds while turning there is a hum in the front right I was thinking cv

Vibration at higher speeds, could indicate a broken belt in one of the tires. I once had a car that, over a period of two years, had 4 different tires that had broken belts. It was just a case of bad luck. Or....in my case, cheap tires. I bought the cheapest all-seasons available. They were all covered under my road-hazard warranty, but it was annoying. So, go to a tire shop that you trust, and see what they say. Discount Tire, traditionally, has been pretty trustworthy, but any good tire shop should be able to tell you if the tires are ok, which would give you one thing you could eliminate.
