Picked up my KJ today from the dealer after they had it for almost 2 weeks  Same noise is still there  But the light at the end of the tunnel is that they KNOW the noise, vibration or resonationg sound is still there and are working with me/KJ to get it fixed! I have to wait untill they get the portable chassis dyno there to figure it out further and some Jeep specialist to come deal with it. They replaced the serp. belt tensioner(which was rattling), right complete cv shaft assembly and the exhaust y-pipe, all under warranty. They also threw in a new rear driveshaft but removed that because it didn't help any and put the orignal back on. I am starting to wonder if there is something going on in one of the differentials but I suppose I get to wait for the "specialist" to figure it out. The sad part is I thought I had it all figured out and was willing to put money on the right cv when I took it to them but I was wrong  Just thrilled as all heck to be driving it again but can't wait for this issue to get resolved  Ohhhhhh so glad I caught this while under warranty and was told by the manager that the warranty will still be honored when it runs out next month because it is a ongoing unresolved warranty issue 8)

Good news that they are still working on it, bad news they haven't a clue what to do?
Will be interesting for sure cause my money was a CV as well when I rode with you!

Guess we can't be right all of the time!

The ride I took you on was for sure is what convinced me I was right in my diagnosis. I also have a great friend that is a major drivability nut along with being ASE master certified tech and he also thought the same thing as we did, he is floored that was not it! I hope the chassis dyno can figure it out!
