It was funny after they did Boilers and showed him where they put everything at. Then he adds "now when you get those arm like Tom has it will be right in specs"

Excellent, thanks for the address! Personaly I can't see doing a lift with out doing the arms......
Just my 2 cents which doesn't add up to much

I just didn't have the extra cash laying around and was assured it was ok.

That place assembled my front springs and struts for $35 bucks and the alignment was $65, FYI. Worth it IMO. The guy explained each of the settings, how they'd affect wear and driving and I'm happy. I like dealing with people that will explain stuff to me, be it the mechanic, my doctor, or whoever.

Boiler I wasn't meaning to slam ya or anybody that chooses not to do arms at the same time of their lift. I hope I didn't come off that way but in rereading what I wrote I can see how it would be taken that way. I am just anal about things I do and don't like to do a repair or mod unless I do it "all" the way.
Plus like I said just my 2 cents that don't add up to much anyhow........

I was starting to wonder if it really happened since there are no pics
But I know the the Great Rev. had his hand in on it so it must of took place unless of course it was all a dream
By the way didn't you say you went mobile this weekend and did ANOTHER lift out of state?!?!?! How many does that make for you, about a 100 or so......

Was suppose to go mobile but the guy started on it Friday while we were doing Boilers and after tearing it apart he thought maybe he could do it on his own. A few phone calls back and forth and I talked him through it. Like doing heart surgery over the phone !
With all of the KJ lifts I have done here, and people who have called while they were doing their lift for advice , not sure maybe only 20 or so. Not that many.

I got home late friday, Saturday I was cleaning this concrete slush my jeep got bathed in on the way to Tom's, and then I started claying & waxing the whole thing. I "finished" last night at about 3 am.

I'll try to get some pictures today if it is still light when I get home (sleep in = work late).

So I had to move the Tahoe Sat to the back yard so we had room in drive for trick or treaters to walk to porch, seem to run okay. I had to go to a friends house tonight, man it ran rough right on start up , threw a SES, then on the way there, it was like I was down a cylinder or two, ran rough, no power. I have no idea what is wrong....frustrated with it right now. Need to borrow neighbors scanner and see what cyl is down. I'm thinking it is either a plug ( hopefully) or an injector. I got to have it running in the next few weeks for the Devils Staircase rally.... uuuggghhhhh!!!

Well I got home an hour after dark tonight. It is going to be tough to do it during the week now with DST.

I did get my plugs, some seafoam, and some tape for my door trim. Now I'm waxing the wheels & cleaning up the tires. Next is to hit the leather steering wheel and exterior plastic, and to install the missing plastic.

This jeep is lookin pimp. It should, I've done nothing but clean it for um...this will be the fourth night in a row. I'm like about 25 hours into it. Guess I'm a bit slow...

yeah I know about the dist cap, have to check it even though it's all failry new in last 10K miles or so. The wires are Taylor Spiro Pro 8mm, fairly new, doubt it's them along with plugs pretty new. It was almost sitting on empty when I started it, thinking I have a clogged injector or, gasp, have to replace the intake gasket due to the dexclog crap in there causing intake leak, I should've flushed it out the day I got it home.
