When does your skyslider leak? Just from a rain storm or when you take your KK through a high pressure car wash?
If it leaks from just rain then there is a problem,if it just leaks when you wash it with high pressure water(any carwash) then that is 100% normal since the skyslider only protects from "normal atmospheric pressures" which is water pressure less the 22psi.
I know what you're saying about the car wash thing. Thing is it's been through the carwash already, and will be in the future, particularly in the winter when I can't wash it myself. My headliner is ruined, and I'm not at all happy about that. That's not practical when you live where it snows and has salt on the road. Not at all acceptable

And Chyrsler is not willing to do anything about it.....already been down that road. Not happy about that!
Of course there not going to do anything if the skyslider leaks when going through a high pressure carwash. It's the same from every car maker for there convertibles also, they all will leak at one point in time when washed with high pressure water,it's 100% un-avoidable fact that will never change,Sorry.
Just one more ?,why did you buy a very un-practical option if you can't maintain it properly then complain about it when it fails?
I had one very unhappy customer with a '02 Firebird convertible that would leak when taken through a high pressure carwash, still did it after the top and windows where adjusted properly. It finally took the regional rep to basically tell him that he could go f__k himself and his leaking convertible since GM did not care.
