Lolcats are funny... a broken piece of your skyslider is not....
I will take my KK to the dealer tomorrow
(BTW, this happened while I was driving with the skyslider open... The wind deflector just snapped out of place and this happened:

Bummer!

Is it stuck open now or can you manually close it?

The skyslider part works fine... the bracket that holds the wind deflector is broken. I have to hold the deflector down to close the skyslider....
Its a bummer indeed

Ditto on the bummer, dude. It makes us appreciate the 36-month bumper-to-bumper warranty and makes me wish I had shelled out the extra dough for the lifetime.

I sent another message to MacNeil Automotive, who makes the WeatherTech line of products, begging them to make a wind deflector for the SkySlider. I am driving to their showroom next week to pick up some floor mats. I am hoping I can speak to someone then. I think a good aftermarket wind deflector would drastically reduce the wind noise when the SkySlider is closed.

Tell them that I'll buy one the day it comes out, assuming reasonable price.

Cool. I'll keep you guys posted. Their standard sunroof wind deflector sells for $59.95. I am going to continue to harass WeatherTech until they make us a deflector (or until they tell me to stop harassing them). I know Chysler will tell me to bugger myself, but I am going to try to get them to cover it under warranty.

Another Wind Deflector purchase here (especially at $60!)
