Looks awesome! How's the ride compared to your old tires and any difference with the 245's?

A little bumpier but I'm willing to bet the wife wouldn't notice, plus I love the ride of a Jeep. Nothing beats a short wheelbase, Offroad tires, and solid axles (if only mine had SFA) IMHO.

Im looking for a 2in or less lift when I have to replace my suspension. Basically I want a tougher more heavy duty suspension since I haul alot of stuff in my Jeep. I actually wanted to look into stuff for fun but alot of the kits are 2.5+ it seems.

HAHA Yeah I figured I might. Personally if there was a heavy duty stock height option I would probably go that route.

That's okay, I'm a chrome guy and get made fun of all the time. I guess some would say that I have too much bling for off-roading,

No they are not noisy, I will test them on a dry highway this afternoon.

As for chrome, the only chrome I have on any of my cars are thefactory 2gb wheels on my eagle talon that's it. You like a lot of chrome on your offroad rig? Its your rig do what you want with it. To each their own. I have learned being a DSM and Jeep (Liberty) guy that I need to take criticism much lighter then most.

The KO's are very quiet compared to my KM 2's. There will be a little more hum from the tires than what you might get from a set of crap year st's

rotate them often and make the alignment as good as it can get or else these tires will wear FAST...i got 10k out of them and they got loud(er) when they round out.

I only had the STs for a short bit until the dealership that lost my inspection ticket had to replace them when they re-inspected the Jeep. So they would budge on the tires they were putting on and gave me some ballon Hankook tires that were absolutely terrible for anything and everything. They made my jeep lean ALOT, bounce over just about any bump, and I spun tires in the rain. Now I drive like a granny and I carry a ton of gear in the Jeep and these tires still spun.

Hankook Dyna pro AS...........STEER CLEAR OF THESE TIRES!!!!!

10k miles??? Everyone I know with these tires seems to get a ton of miles out of them. I just had an alignment done not too long ago and will probably get another one next year. I rotate ever other oil change so I have that covered.

The bald wrangler STs before them were better then the Hankooks I had. I will never buy that brand ever again, although I have seen the reviews on thier MT that still is not enough for me.
