the increased towing power of the diesel allows you to tow a big enough trailer to carry the cash

(but it's really well done)

Well since there basic 5.7 HEMI conversion is $20,000 It would be more then that since the HEMI is far cheaper and easier to do then the 2.8.

Yeah, 150 hours sorting out the wiring, OMG! That was no cheap conversion. It's done totally right, makes me wonder why they put the POS K&N afterthought on....

They get big kick backs from K&N since most of Dan's stuff ends up in well known mags and events like SEMA.I don't like oiled filters either but they are great for racing just not daily driving.

The great thing about Burnsville is conversion look factory and can be serviced/diagnosed at the dealership(which all are not bad) and the biggest thing is most of the parts are easily gotten since they use OEM stuff.

Ok forgive me for being wrong but it would be far cheaper for me to just go to the dealer and say yeah thanks i'll take that 2.8 diesel wrangler with 6 speed manual and factory warranty oh whats that you say I can choose between 2 or 4 door models hmmmmm that nice. By the way Australia lets us buy the diesels here. Lockers and the rest can be fitted latter on.

One of these days I should make my way to their shop to check it out.

...considering they are across the river from me, and I drive by the shop every week when I visit my inlaws.

I wonder how different all the custom-fabbed components and such were compared to the factory parts in the JK CRD available overseas.... granted, it's a different engine, so I suppose the entire ECM and supporting components are changed.
