Ok, the best measurement I could get of the roof line is ~74.5 inches

Average specs:

Rear 18 1/4"
Front 17 1/2"

My specs BEFORE:

Rear 21"
Front 21.5" on the passenger side and 21" on the driver

My specs AFTER:

Rear 22.5" on the passenger and 22.25" on the driver
Front 22.25"

I will get measurements off of how the FACTORY measures them when it warms up a little........

Looks great Digger. Those measurements are just about exactly where my KJ sat with the Franky. At least with your new setup you can easily adjust the height if it eventually sags in the front too. The top of your roof rack measure about where my roof sits by the way. :P

If I were making those top shock mounts I'd add some side gussets to the mount tabs for more strength. We cut a piece of steel and welded the tabs together and then on the inner corners of the mount tabs we added side gussets, overkill really. I doubt you'll ever have any issues with it like it is now, but it wouldn't hurt. Then you'll be good to go with a top plate for a Coilover SFA KK. 8)

So what kind of extras did you have with your lift? Top plates, clevis lift?

I may add gussets but it won't be for a while.... Nothing is open trail wise in Colorado.....

Yeah, If I ever SFA, that part of the design process will already be taken care of.

In the front, I had no extra parts, just the Frankenlift that came boxed up. The rear I was running 2 extra iso pads on each side.

How does the factory measure it anyway? I was curious to see what my measurements were and I found them in an old thread on here. 22.75 rear, 23 front. That was with the front bumper and winch plate.

4. Front – On each side of the vehicle, measure the distance from the center of the front lower control arm bushing bolt (1) to the ground (3) Record the measurement. Next measure the distance from the spindle center (2) to the ground (3) Record the measurement.
5. Take the two measurements and subtract them to get the curb height specification.

Rear curb height is defined by the relative vertical distance between the top of the lower spring seat strike surface and the bottom of the jounce cup (true metal to metal jounce travel). This is to be measured vertically inside the coil from the point intersecting the inboard edge and the for/aft center of the jounce cup (1) down to the strike surface (2).

I forgot to answer this post

V1.0 will never be sold because of the clearance issues between the UCA's and the Coils. You will understand once I post pictures. Basically a $2K was trashed out in less then 5000 miles because of the underlying clearance issues that both marlin and I were unaware of in tell I was able to get out and test the lift.

I was just looking @ the 08 Jeep Liberator II (red) on trucktrend.com SEMA Auto Show, it looked awesome. Then I read this thread, saw the pic of your KK, and liberator looks good, but your KK is certainly one of a kind. Jeep should take your LIBERTY to their next SEMA Auto show.
Again looks great.
Oh, I'm also planning to paint the Headlight housing, I got the paint but I'm not sure on which silicone type to use and it looks like it is going to be time consuming so I'll probably have to wait till after the holidays.

Remember, I'm playing around the 4 to 5 inch lift mark:wink:

The rear coils should stay the same with the 2.5 inch lift. As far as the fronts, I think he will still offer the skyjacker setup in the 2.5 inch lift only, since at the 4 inch mark, you have contact issues. To my knowledge, there have been no failures with the 2.5 inch lift

Yeah, I was looking at the SEMA KK, and it looks like they just tinted the outside of the light housing............. I'm still working on seeing if I can find the OEM light covers sold over seas

I'm about 6'1" and the total height in the KK is 80.25"

The 6 inch rear coils are crazy :P

I'm telling you a HP60 front and C14 and some 42" MT/R's would be sweet under that KK 8)
