Need some opinions or thoughts

For some odd reason I think I saw a Myth Busters show one time that did a show on this exact thing, reflective qualities of paint on vehicles. If I remember correctly yellow was the best then white. Tom I see a Toy every morning with the white top on black(or go yellow and look like a bee :jester:

), it does look very good on that vehicle, just do it! :SOMBRERO:

It is getting down to the 20's and maybe even teens here this week - coldest spell we have had in over 10 years! I miss the 60 degree days from last week.

Smurf blue it is not and will not! Not quite sure what Yota was thinking with that color...

Tom, since yours is lifted already... you do Safari's... man, it's only natural! Safari rides all have white/lighter tops. Just do it!! :rockon:

May not be the only one :shock:

I have doing a lot of research and reading regarding LRVs ( Light reflectance Values) on vehicle roofs. Darker colors reflect only 5 % where as white reflects 80 % so it would be a huge help
Interesting though while black will of course heat up faster in the summer sun, when its cold out black or other darker colors lose the heat faster!
