Idk how he did but the spare wheel isn't a liberty and if you look at the img url it says commander.

if you need a pic like that I could take one when I change my oil here when I have the time

ok once you start to look at the Commander and Liberty.
it is real easy to see the differance with in a few seconds.

But it was a good effort...
