I went and got the KK washed to get rid of a layer of salt and on the way home I decided to stop and play in the old Menards parking lot. Well I was having great fun and enjoying myself until I decided I needed to have a photo op. While loosing the momentum to find a photo spot I high centered on the old snow bank. I called the wife to bring me a shovel because I had nothing with me and while waiting I snapped these with the cell phone

The wife threatened to call our local LOST member tan's2002kjlimited, but she spared me the embarassment.
Granted I will admit that while I was digging myself out a guy came along in an Expedition (it's bigger than me) and help pull me out, thats what recover points are for right?

I still had fun!! :pepper: :pepper: :JEEPIN:

Oh yeah forgot to mention that about an hour later our Polish neighbor stopped over and said he thinks there is something wrong with my car as something is dripping badly from the engine, I said it was just snow melting as I got myself in trouble messing around in the snow. :JEEPIN:

Looks like it might be cheaper to buy than a GIG... so it's all good in my book!

I have had issues with shaking after playing in the snow. It's a pretty violent bounce that scared the hell out of me the first time it happened. It seems to be the snow and ice packed into the wheels that causes the shakes for me. I pressure wash the wheels and she usually stops shaking. She had the shakes on Friday and pressure washing didn't stop them. It might have been too cold (8F), but I haven't driven her since except to the corner bar :5SHOTS: and back on Saturday. I am going to drive her right now and take her to the stealership is she if still shaking.

Took her on a Cheesy Gordita Crunch run and still noticed a slight vibration, but the violent shaking is gone. I am going to wait and see if the vibration persists over the next couple days before making an appointment with those jerkstores over at the stealership.

Make sure your rims are clear of ice and snow

I had vibration issues after playing in some really thick and deep mud, cleared the rims of leftover dried mud and it went away. Played in the mud lately?

Edit: forgot you were the snow adventurer. :JEEPIN: In that case "what RPM said"\

Also a shaking around 30 to 40 MPH is one of the things mentioned in the newest TSB for the Auto's, had that done yet?

Just got back from the dealer:

Oil change (hey, it's free for life - shut up. lol)
Multi-point inspection (per my request)
Transmission re-flash (per my request)

and the gas issue.... (of not being able to fill it up all the way). Well, there is a new gas tank on it's way here. Be here in a week they said. So, I get to drive it till it has as little fuel as possible. Then it gets a new tank courtesy of my warranty. :D
