Question is in the subject line. Haven't seen any discussion on this topic for the '05s. Everything seems to start w/ '06. All J's says you need them starting w/ the 05's, but I've been running my '05 without them and don't seem to be having an issue.

Anyone?

Nope,on the inside of the drivers side "uni-frame" rail about 6" in front of the EVAP canister.Poke your head under there and you will see the junction block that needs to be dropped about 2"-3",easy to do with a 1"x4"x1/8" flat steel, just drill two 1/4" holes about 1/2" from each edge, unbolt the block, bolt up one side of the flat steel in it's place using the original bolt, then carefully bend the hard brake line with the block down to the other hole and bolt the block to the bottom hole with a 1/4" bolt/nut.

OR...............

Just get the extended braided brake lines from JBA,worth every penny,I know I had them, firms up the brake pedal also.

well ive been wheeling it without the mod and havent had any issues. I have had the rear driverside fully flexed with the wheel hanging and it is still running fine. I guess it is just a matter of time... I will probly check it out this weekend...
