Anybody hear from SkinInc lately? I wonder how his are holding up - I think he's the only one who's bought hsi from an actual brick and mortar STORE, I remember also that he's purchased several kits from aforementioned store.

Skin - if you read this, you wanna give us an update/link to the store's site?

Alright ill try to explain this as easy as possible since my HID Kit Instructions are translated from Japanese and the english is so broken all i have to go on is the picture on the inside of the box. So everything is is pretty straight forward and a piece of cake, BUT, the only thing i have a question on is the negative cable(s). Now obviously the single red cable gets put onto the batteries red( + ) terminal. Now you would think there would be 1 black for the batteries negative but there are 2. The picture shows 1 of the black connections going to the negative terminal, fine, but the picture also shows the second one going nowhere and its labeled "Black". So im stuck with the question, do i put 1 on the battery and the other grounded like SilverKK09(viewtopic.php?f=88&t=39000&hilit=light&start=20) or do both get grounded like SilverKK09, OR does 1 get put on the battery and the other on nothing? Hope that makes sense. Im installing these saturday morning so ANY input is appreciated. As always thanks guys.

If it's a ground it doesn't matter where you put it. I have mine grounded to the frame of the Jeep. You can run one to the battery and one to the frame. Make sure you scrap the paint off the area on the frame so its bare metal. You'll get a better ground that way.

There is a very low humming noise when the Highs are on but it doesnt shake the vehicle. Just having the radio on like 8 overpowers the noise. Not very noticable

okay so bad new.. i dont know whats going on... so i got the capacitors from HID gate and i put them in... ( took off the decoders from ddmtuning). then i turned my light on.. they went on... then for the true test... i tried high beams... and nothing they went out again... WHAT'S GOING ON.. i'm truthfully going nuts over this, and whats driving me more crazy is my dad pestering me about tinkering with my truck... does any one have any ideas... i mean i get zero flicker at all... the only thing is i don't have high beams....

to whom ever had the kit... did you use the jump cable? ( the little cable ( not the diode))...

Mine came with 2 negative(black) Ground Cables, the passenger side you can see in previous posts went onto the nut above the lights, and the driver side went onto the battery. Do you have 2 or only 1 black and 1 red?

I agree, they are there for a reason.Even if you can connect to 6 and 8 without using the jumpers they may reverse the polarity?
