Has anyone replaced the blower motor that sits on the passenger side right below the glove box? Mines making the noise of a small frog when you shut off the fan so it's going down the road of being replaced at some point. Can this be replaced without taking apart the dash or is that the daunting task I face?

Have you looked inside of it? Maybe there's just a branch or something else that got sucked into it.

I don't believe a stick got sucked inside of it with it being on the interior of KJ.

There was a blower motor recall on at least dome of them and on my 06 it took about an hour to the ball joint recall and the heater blower. So it must be a simple project.

Where do you think the blower motors gets it Air from?

It is possible for Sticks, leaves andother thing to get trapped.
But it is not normal for this to happen...

Most 2000 and new systems are very well protected or have filters.

Well it turns out this is an easy fix. The part isn't cheap but it's gonna be a lot less with me doing it instead of paying labor for it.
