I'm a newbie to trailers so maybe someone can help me out... I need to replace the hubs on my off road trailer to match the bolt pattern on the KJ. It's on a 3500# axle with no brakes.

Is hub replacement a siomple thing? From what I've seen you remove the grease cp, retaining pin, axle nut, etc... then remove the bearings... then yank the hub off of the axle, right?

Is it really that simple? Anything special needed to physically pull the hub from the axle?

Sounds like you have it,finding hubs 5X4.5 is no problem either.

Even if you don't use him, you will know what a good price is, some of places are making their Cessna payments with the money they make off customers.
If you don't need brakes, don't pay the extra for drums.
Another option is to buy some used worn out drums and use them for the hubs alone.
I have done that before with 4X4" hubs so I could use VW Rabbit wheels on my log splitter.

My big trailer has 3500# axles with the 5x4 1/2 bolt pattern already so should be very simple. Even looking for some Jeep rims to put on it when I get new tires for it this year.
