I'm just speechless at how cheap this thing is that's supposed to hold my family members in the car in an accident. I go to fold the rear seats down, just like I've done a zillion times before, and I hear this crrrrrrrrrrrracck. Seat belt latch is toast. It didn't pivot with the seat for some reason. Obviously the stress put on it in a sideways manner is different than would happen in an accident, but boy, this doesn't make me feel all that safe. It just busted clean off and now there's just a metal stalk there. I can't begin to think how much this is gonna cost to fix. Never seen anything like it in my life. I didn't force the seat or anything, just swung it down normally, and the latch just snaps right off.
