i remember on my old 89 wrangler, i had the floor plugs out and no carpet. so just hooked up a hose to the atf bottle and poured it into the TC through the floor hole :)

Now that's a "Blue Ribbon" idea, I wish I had thought of it. The next time I fill my transfer case I'll use it.

On a stock Jeep it's tough to fill the diff, a little easier on a lifted one. I once got the bright idea to use a hand pump to fill my diff's but discovered the 90W diff oil too thick for the hand pump.

LOL same thing happened to me, i used the 140wt, it just seeped past all the seals in the pump and made a mess.

i have a small chalk line bottle with the pointy lid on it, its about 1/4 the size of the gear oil quarts, i can fit that in the tight areas better, like back there by the rear diff and gas tank, just keep refilling it, works great :)
