Dude, the AC issue sux. I replaced mine for 200.00 beans. It is not that hard to do as long as you have the correct tools.

what are the correct tools for the job and how long would it take?

Dont give up on the KJ Benny, after all, we did get the beach permit and im sure you want to take it on the beach this year :mrgreen:

I fixed the AC Compressor. I got one from the junk for 125.00. My neighbor had all the tool took about 30min. But the clutch will not kick on so I am going back to the junkie today. Not like I plan on using the AC anytime soon. But at lease I do not have the smell of burning wiring anymore or the sound of grinding bearings.
