Hello Fellas,

Just want to report that my dealer took good care of me and the Jeep recently.

I have the 7/85K extended warranty and am very glad that I do. Cost big bucks upfront, but has already paid for itself. Just wish I would have gotten the 100K because I can see a pattern which say that more stuff is going to go at about that time. Last time I used it they replaced the driver's side rear window and regulator. I realize that this stuff is supposed to be better made and not go kaput so soon, but that is the state of affairs today and I have come to terms with the fact that old world craftmanship is just nonexistant or very rare.

Here's what was recently done:

1. CEL-EGR insufficient flow-replaced throttle body and flow control valve.
2. Hard start/no start-three times in the last 3.5 years-replaced fuel filter head and harness.
3. Front wheel bearings-one was shot and the other not far behind-replaced both.
4. Lift gate glass struts weak-only lifted glass to forehead level(Points to mark on forehead)-replaced.

Diesel mechanic did a nice job on the above and was in/out in one day. I am very satisfied with the service.

Thought I would report the above to you all, as you have done for me, so patterns may be postulated.

Just wondering what's going to happen when the warranty period is over.
