Okay so any one put start to think about changing to a 15" rim with a offset to push the rim/tires slightly outwards for better stance?

If this is the case then makes no sense to change out rims, but just add some spacers or will that cause more rubbing for either 265/75r16 or 235/85r16 ?

the tires you listed are 31.6 and 31.7 inch diameters... the 265/75 is wider actually then the 235/85... that might lead to rubbing when you cut the wheel with the spacers... i'm no tire expert tho so just adding my :2cents: here

You shouldnt go too wide of a stance or you'll risk rubbing tires on the lip of the fender. I have 265s on a 16x8 with I believe 5" offset and the rim sits flush with the fenders and when stuffed tuck nicely.
