Looks like another deal I had worked on For getting an LJ Unlimited Rubicon fell through. So I've decided to just upgrade the rims/tires to 31" Duratracs on 15x7 black rockcrawler steelies and keep it a while longer. So, with the setup listed in my sig, what's a better choice for rim backspacing? I can get them in either 4.5" or 3.75" Pics from those running these kind of rims with both bs would be great.

4" is Ideal from what I've been told. Also what I have ordered Cragar soft 8's. The soft 8's are also cheaper.

Well, 4Wheel Parts doesn't offer these in exactly 4"bs, so would 1/4in. matter that much if i go with the 3 3/4 or should I get them with 4.5"bs you think?

I think 4.5" of backspacing will cause them too rub pretty badly at full lock. 4wheelparts may not show them online but they should be able to order them in for you..... If ProComp still makes them in 15x7 4"BS. I'm pretty sure that they no longer are manufacturing anything in 15x7. Check out there website.

I'd stick with at least 4", if not 4.5".

3.75" sticks out too far IMHO, and looks really dumb. I think most guys go with 4", that's what I have.

I think you have to go with 3.75. as I believe the 4.5 still hits the steering knuckle.

I have 15x7 with 3.5 and run 31/10.5/15 Mickey Thompson MTZ's and thats Excellent.

you could get the 4.5 and space em out to 4 if the 4 is unavailable. like its been said though ask or search around and they may be able to acquire sizes other then whats listed.

Thats what I'm hoping for. Only thing I didn't like about them is they seem to not have as deep a tread depth as other M/T's......18/32 vs. 20-21/32 on other tires in it's category. Oh well. Gotta cut corners/costs somehow in order to sell a tire like this so cheap compared to it's competition.
