when I picked up the car, it was raining, and they had not washed it.

The service manager calls me today and asks me to bring it back on Tue or Wed and he is going to have it washed inside and out and fill the tank with gas.

LOL.... It's only been in for a few warranty issues... The E brake, Drive shaft, seat fascia and the center console :roll:

it rained during the week, so the service manager asked me to bring the Jeep to him on Thursday. When I got there, I told the service guy that if he would detail the car inside, I would forgo the tank of gas, he agreed. They gave me a ride to work and then called later and said that they needed to keep the Jeep overnight. So they called Friday morning around 11 AM. I went to pick up my Jeep and I couldn't believe it. My Jeep looked absolutely like the day I drove it home. It was absolutely spotless inside, outside, underneath, and under the hood. They did a full detail of the Jeep

I mean I've not been real good about keeping my Jeep clean. My grandkids have made sure that the inside had lots of stains and dirt.

The inside looked spotless. I have no idea how they got the stains out the the seats and headliner, but it looks brand new.

Thumbs up to Razzari Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in Merced, CA for putting new struts on my Jeep, making me happy, and making my Jeep look brand new again. Their detail guys are top notch.

The best part is.... I only had to pay the $100 deductible on my Jeep Lifetime Bumper to Bumper Warranty.
