you can get disco's for the front, but the front needs to be connected on the highway but offroad its not a required thing, and will get you more droop

lots of people have been running without the rear swaybar for many, many miles

in a nutshell, they basically have stated that they can't tell any difference with the rear removed on the road

2 KJ's, 03 & 04. Both removed plus removed vibe dampners, No problems w/ vibes or handling on either.

One reason not to remove the bar is if you tow a decent sized trailer. Without the bar, you will notice a difference, especially if you are in snow/slush. When the tail starts waggin the dog, the bar does help to maintain control.

Towed a 6x10 enclosed trailer weighing in at 4500lbs(loaded) from Ft Lewis WA to Ft Carson CO(1500miles) with my KJ,lifted and no rear swaybar and no issues and handled great(stopping was another issue with no trailer brakes).

TJKJ, what rate are your rear springs? In the OP, it looks like spacers are going to be utilized, not aftermarket springs. With the factory springs, you will notice a difference due to their pathetic rate and capacity to begin with.

Take a liberty to a slolom type track. Run a set of cones with the bar on and off...you will notice a difference.

During straight line driving, the sway bars do not do much. During cross winds, tractor trailers passing, stutter bumps, etc. , they do assist in controling sway, which will help with the trailer. The longer the trailer, the more of an impact will be felt.

For me, I do not care about articulation in teh woods....that is what I have my quads for. 90% of the time I have a trailer hooked to my Liberties, and I wish the bars were a bit larger.
