Replaced my damaged rear bump stops with fresh OEM ones this evening since I'll be leaving in the morning to meet kskj and others for some wheelin' :JEEPIN: . Also loaded up my off-road supplies to hopefully be prepared for any "oopses".

Found out my radiator skid plate from moparpartsamerica.com is on backorder until at least May. :(

I guess in the spirit of things I'll need to find something else to do to my KK before then. :)

sorry it's taken a while but here are the pictures as promised...

first: here is the fastman throttle body installed with the stock throttle body to the right. Notice the walls are thinner also that the metal flap is flipped... this was a great addition to my truck i love it!
Image

I also installed PIAA Super Sporza Wipers... They are by far the best wipers i've ever used...t hey have a special design with a spoiler to keep the blade pushed down on the windsheild
Image

I also went sticker crazy ( there's actually more to come this week)
Image
Image
and my favorite sticker addition
Image

as i recently posted i got new wheels and tires so here you are guys
tire size
Image

far shot
Image

close shot
Image

side shot to see how much wider they are
Image

and as stated here's the picture of my diff... i kinda have an issue with it but i don't know what it is... can someone diagnose it for me?
Image

i think my truck has balls or something :-)r ... must be all those new parts

Following SkinInc69's excellent write-up in this thread as a guide, yesterday I did the pinch seam modification to increase clearance at the rear of the front wheel wells:

Like Skin, after I beat the pinch seam over (as shown above), I used silicone to seal up all exposed metal and then after a few hours applied rubberized undercoating too and then modified the plastic wheel well liner. Only took about 1 hour per side for the pinch seam modification work but then waiting for silicone or undercoating to reasonably dry or running to multiple auto parts stores to get replacement trim panel fasteners made the whole thing take about 5-6 hours, including lunch break. Wish I would've made this mod to the wheel well liners before my tires chewed them up on the pinch seam (and at the front). Oh well

With your 245/75r16 you really needed to bend your pinch weld?

well part of the reason it's there is i intend to start bringing my trucks to shows, and it's pretty essential to have the hood open, so i thought it'd be cool.

rickm wrote:

well at leat you have minimal damage... saying you wrecked it is an overstatement, you may have wrecked the other car haha. either way any damage you didnt do yourself ( trail rash and carnage) is unwanted so i feel for ya

Yes...my wheel (offset) choice made it seem like it barely cleared after I installed my wheels and tires but after enough wheelin' and driving, the plastic wheel well liner was worn through at the pinch weld seam.
