a pry bar across the top of the UCA to the spring and pry down, or, a ratchet strap should do the trick

Put a jack under the lca and jack it up until you can bolt everything back up?

lol i tried that. it gets to the point where im jacking the vehicle up off of the jack stand and im still not gettin enough travel out of the upper a arm. but im thinkin maybe i need more weight up front so maybe if i have a heavy friend of mine sit on the hood while i try it i might get it...

if it's jacking up the entire vehicle, someone on the hood isn't going to help

someone pushing in the knuckle while you pry down the uca is more of an idea

if it's jacking up the vehicle without compressing the coils your jacks in the wrong place

Worst case: put a jack under the LCA and raise it up (safely please)... then get a big prybar, bar, or something similar and lever the upper arm down. That will work... if it doesn't then you may have screwed something up. Is the clevis bottomed out on the front coilover? It should be...
