So,
In the process of starting the repair on our Libby after the "clipping" accident, I got to thinking about how much I could sell it for outright and using that plus the insurance money and putting that money down on something else. I know I'm not going to do it, but just for the sake of being hypothetical I was curious.

If you go to my car domain site: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3314431 You can see pics there of what it looks like before and after the little clipping accident.

Here are the general stats on the JEEP:

2003 Jeep Liberty Limited
Black exterior/ Grey Interior
Overhead console with all the electronic gadgets associated.
It has the chrome accents inside
Interior is in overall good shape, a few scraps from the dogs, but nothing real major.
122k on the JEEP, 3.7v6 auto, I don't remember what it is called, but we have the higher quality t-case, what is it called, select trac or something (sorry, I don't remember, you may know what I'm talking about)
Recently had a new front DS and New rear brakes installed by a shop (if that matters to you), New power steering rack, pinion, High Pressure hose last year, all regular maitenance and recalls/ tsb's done that I know of.
Power everything. K&N filter, skid-row t-case skid, and the surco rack would be negotiable depending on what I'd buy.

Again, this is Hypothetical, I'm not actually selling it, but I was just curious what you all would pay for it (and please save me the sarcasm of saying $1 or $100, please be realistic, thank you). Theoretically if I were to have done it, it would be prior to the repairs AND both the doors that were pinched shut are actually operable now but with some manuevering of the different doors to do so.

Oh and I have checked blue book for what it would have been worth prior to the accident, and I roughly know what dealers were selling this for before the accident. So what I want to know, is as it sits before getting repaired back to "like new-used" condition, what would you have paid for it?

Just Curious:
JMichaelsJeep
Thanks!

If that rear door was replaced, and new window regulator installed then I as a buyer wouldn't be overly concerned about it

if a new regulator wasn't put in, i'd probably cut twice the cost of a regulator off the price and expect the price to be something around "good" on the blue book

it's not like the chassis had to be straightened or anything
