I have read a couple of blips about turning radius reduction with a 2" lift. How much is it reduced and why? I am getting ready to lift my KJ and want to know what I am getting myself into. Also, are there any other ramification of lifting that I should be aware of before lifting? Any advise is appreciated, but keep it simple please, :? cause I don't know much about these things.

slight rub and full turn with 245/75/16 hardley affects the turning radius. No big deal, get the lift and tires!

The swaybar. If you get rims with a tiny bit more offset they won't rub there either though. It isn't the lift itself that causes rubbing it is the rim/tire combo that you choose. It also depends on whether you are willing to cut some plastic wheel liner or not.

It depends on the size of the tire you get. The lift does nothing to turning radius. When you get bigger tires, they usually rub on the fob light cover, sway bar, and pinch weld.

Wouldn't less back spacing take of this problem as well? What is the stock offset on a KJ?
