(Newb here)going to buy 06 crd, F37 questions

I'm sorry to hear that, man, but you did the right thing. If it was in that bad of shape, even $10k would've been a laughable steal by the stealership.

Good luck with the CRD in KY. These things are popping up for sale all the time, so I'm sure you'll find just what you're looking for soon enough.

Well guys looks like i bought an 2005 that hasnt had the flash and is in great shape with average miles....Ill be leaving NC friday to head up to KY to pick it up. I'll post back when i get it to keep you guys updated on the status.....plan to go ahead and swap the TC and send in the ECU for the "hot tune". cant wait!

Congratulations! The 05's are, in a way, better for wheeling because they don't have electonic stability control. Dot your i's and cross your t's; it may already have a newer TC.

so....here it is. just so happens this crd was only 30 mins away from my in-laws out in KY. My mother in-law is a photographer and jumped out for a sec to snap this pic in HD(why it looks deep and rich) Yes, its a tiny stream going over the road but we didnt want to break down way out there so we wernt going to get too crazy. It was around the lake cumberland/russel springs area in bfe.
