Does anyone know how much the Rustys lift spring lift costs minus the springs? Im looking at buying there lift, having them take off the springs from the order, and ordering OME springs. That way ill have everything i need for a decent lift, but without saggy springs. Does this sound like a good idea to yall?

Dalton

Why?????
Confused as to why you want to buy Crustys without their springs ? All that you are getting then is their shocks, which the front are OK as they are OMEs but the rears are junk, so you're only getting good front shocks .
By the time you have them switch out things you are apying the same amount as any where else,
OME springs are pretty much the same price no matter where you buy them.
Deal with some of our good merchants, AllJs or JeepinByAls

I just thought that if i bought that it would have everything already in it, so i wouldn't have to do an searching. Okay then thats out since you put it like that.
How much lift do you actually get from just OME springs?

How much do you want?
with just springs around 2.50 over new stock height
with a clevis roughly 2.75-3.00
with clevis and top plate 3.25 plus
Have to remember you may get more if your springs are sagged

Yes if you took away the springs out of the Rustys kit only thing you would be getting are the shocks

For an example here is the last one we did here in the garage
100,000 on it, OME 927 springs in the front with a 3 ring clevis
see if you can tell the difference

My liberty has 73,000 miles on it and its still stock so i figured i needed new springs and shocks/ struts. I'm sitting at 17.25 right now. Thank you for the info, this site is great, and just from reading what you and others have said, i wanna do it right the first time.

If you are at 17.25 then you have already settled about 1.5 to 1.75 inches
Average seemed to be "around " 19 inches new
