first off... stock is not +40.. stock on the 17 inch wheel is +30... what offset you get is also determined by the tire size... and since you are going with a 16 inch rim i'm assuming you want ot go big. Give me a tire size and i'll give you a combo that will give you the least amount of problems

( after re-reading that it seems a bit like a $& statement and its not meant to be).... send me a PM and i'll help you out I did a lot of research before i got my wheels

dont limit the info for to just PMs, let other people help! i currently have 16x8 5" backspacing, idk what that is in mm and im not doing math cause its 2am  if i was to buy steel wheels again i would pr go 16x7 4" bs. they would weigh a touch less and you would be able to air down more if you had a narrower tire. the narrower wheel would make it harder to pop a tire off the bead.

if your worried about popping the bead get bead locks... the reason i want to talk in a PM is cause i'll be crunching his numbers specifically... if you got random questions to ask feel free... i'm open to answer anything

I air down to 15ish psi frequently; I wouldn't run beadlocks unless I had 37+ inch tires and wanted to run less than 10 psi. I haven't had any problems (knock on wood). Plus I don't think beadlocks are street legal. Not trying to be a nelson, it's just late and I'm bored :seuss:

265/75/16 would pry fit fine with a little trimming but you will need to have to regear and most people arent ready to spend that kind of money. you should stick with 265/70/16 or 245/75/16, both are approx 31".
