So on top of my grinding noise in the other thread, apparently im leaking oil somewhere down below... Found a couple little 2" puddles on my driveway and now everytime my car sits somewhere for a while the same puddles appear.

Started a couple days ago, calling dealer tomorrow any idea what it could be? I hate my freaking KK i feel like its a lemon.

Is it oil for sure? Any specific side or spot? Maybe its just the drain bolt is a tad loose. Maybe its diff fluid from a leaky seal. You should take a quick look under and look for some residue to see where its coming from.

Don't hate your KK, maybe it just needs a few little tweaks to be perfect again. :juggle:

Yea now if only the jeep dealership didnt lie to me every time i bring it to them.

Im 90% sure they just call me later to pick it up and dont even look at it.

Its 100% oil lol, unmistakable. It almost seems like its coming from where the oil filter is or the axis between the two front tires...

Who did the last oil change? I'd venture to say that it is either double gasket-ed or the filter is loose...

The same stealership i bought it from... My buddy crawled under and he said it looks like it comes from the area of the filter.

When i drop the care off im gonna do some complaining.

They installed my remote start when i bought the car, and i can barely get it to work from 50 feet away.

I took a look at the unit, that by the way just freely dangles beneath the steering wheel, and they have wires that are bare just stripped/twisted together. Not even electrical tape over them. Thats unacceptable. (this coming from someone who installs emergency vehicle equipment, and has a few hundred feet of wires ran through the car)

My windows also seem loose in the front, the passenger side makes a knocking noise when i press the button and the driver side rattles.

Every time i bring the car in, they give it back to me saying they dont hear it.

OOO and the one that REALLY angers me now, is that when i have the AC on full blast on the center console vents, it sounds like sand is blowing around inside and i cant figure out y.

Well for the Oil it seems like you have it pin down, Stealership fault. For the doors, have you ever taken the interior panel out? If you have never done it, Jeep made it pretty easy to remove. I don't have step by step pics but can give you step by step instruction as I took them off to paint the handles as they were peeling off. So I did all 4 doors and the 1st one was the hardest cause I had to figure out how it was setup after that it was very simple, just need screw driver and a small flat head or equivalent. Well let me know if you like to try it and I will remove it and take pics as I should have done before.
