I just changed mine for the first time at 64k. How often does everybody else change theirs?

I change mine much more often than that.... maybe 25K - 30K miles.

When I still had the OEM t-case I changed it every 6000miles,takes only 10mins and cost only $7 to do.Not much ATF+4 in there so I kept it fresh.

Considering how easy it is and how inexpensive (<$10) I'm planning to do it yearly / every 15k, when I do my diffs and transmission service.

Lots of writeups on it, transfer case is the easiest of all fluids to change. There are great pictures on here if you search. 2 plugs, 1 drain 1 fill, loosen/remove fill plug before draining. I think it takes 1.6 -1.7 quarts of ATF+4 if I'm not mistaken (til it runs out top hole). My Jeep saw 4wd action maybe 5 times before I drained the transfer case at 70,000 miles and that fluid was the dirtiest of all the fluids I changed.

Nice I have to add that to my list for the next time I service it or sooner. Mine sees far more 4wheel action. I went off road a few times and spent the best 2 weeks last winter in full time due to all the snow that got dumped here.
