In case some don't know... an illegal immigrant was recently shot and killed by a border patrol agent after allegedly throwing rocks at him... but that's not what I'm posting about...

Unfortunately at the bottom of the article it says was a typo and was a 40 cal round. Too bad it wasn't a 40 mil though :twisted:

Unless the mesicans come over with Bradleys or M-1's, the 40mm would be overkill. It is more than 1 1/2 inches in diameter. More of an anti tank round. What would an illegal look like after getting hit with depleated uranium? :grim:
