Hey warblade666, not sure where you're getting stuck, but here's a high-level...
1) Login - takes you to Member Lobby which shows your garage and your friends
2) Click either pict or description of vehicle you want to modify (you don't have picts, so it'll just be the text of whatever you called your truck). This takes you to Page Contents & Picts.
3) Upload Picts - This is the first option on the page right below Page Content & Picts text.
3a) Click the "Choose File" button (left hand side of field). This brings up a selection box.
3b) Navigate to the pict you want to upload and hit "OK"
3c) Click the "Upload" button (right hand side of the field).
If you are using Safari on a Mac, the "Upload" button might be blanked out. The button still works, it just doesn't have any text on it. It's the button to the right of the "Choose File" button, just on the other side of the file path of the image you just chose. Just click it and wait while the browser reloads the page. When the page is reloaded, it will show a little thumbnail of the pict you just uploaded under text that will say "Your Pics (1-1 of 1)." If you don't see a thumbnail and an increase in the listed number of picts, it did not work. Try again.
To place the pict you just uploaded onto your viewable page (so everyone else can see it when they look at your profile on Cardomain), go down to the Edit Page Text section and enter what you want into the big giant text-entry field. It's much like making a post on LOST, with a few differences that are explained in the Edit Page Text section. In simple form, to place the pict you just uploaded onto your page for everyone to see, just put "<IMG 1 C>" into the big text entry field and hit either "save" or "save view"
