so i have everything to redo my crappy lift with a good one... i have 3 conduit locknuts and 2 extra iso's. i have 2 upper isos per side to add to the stock one per side in the rear but they seem awfully tall. i know they will settle some in the rear but it just seems like im gonna get more than the 3/4" extra lift i need to match the 3 nut clevis lift in the front...... someone please tell me if im being paranoid.... is anyone out there runnin 927/948's with a 3 nut clevis and 2 extra iso's per side.....????

I have done the conversion process you have done. Yes, a 3/8" (3 ring) conduit lift on the front with OME927 HD springs matches well with +1 rear (two total) isolators and OME948 rear springs if you are using NS131 "struts" and NS132 shocks (I don't have the "L"s).

If you are going to add the 3rd isolator your either need 132Ls or Rancho shocks in the rear, and either a Boiler 3/8" top plate or the 1/4" top plate and a 4th conduit nut (some go more than 4 but not me....)

Tom may tell you different...

Heres the last lift we did in my garage
927/948 with Ranchos all around
two extra upper iso's in the rear
3 ring clevis in front
this was right after we installed the lift and had it aligned, no more than 5 miles on it
So,....some say a picture is worth a thousand words

mine is 927 with 3 ring in the front, and jba25's in the rear with 2 extras, no ill effects, i added a little extra bump stop in the rear (used 3 pucks) and used standard terraflex extended bumps in the front

Tom, which proves what I have always suspected -- that the Ranchos shocks provide more lift than the OME NS131/132s shocks do when using the OME 927/948 springs....

When I tried OME NS131/927s combo w/ +3 conduit nuts in front (stock plates and rubber) and NS132/948s combo w/ +2 isos in the rear I had a +1" or more "rake" back-to-front that never leveled so I had to pull the extra iso (I will probably put it back if-and-when I add a Boiler spacer and 4th conduit nut...)

Which Ranchos are you using now, Tom?

i'm kind of under the superstition that our flares aren't level body wise any dang way lol..

I guess i've sat there and stared at them long enough with 3/4 inch difference to make that my reality

thats the ranchos ill be installing tonight (if my coils show up today)... ive realized the same thing about those flares, jarhead..... thats why everything takes me so long to get done. i gotta always stand back, smoke a cig, and stare at it for a while.... the true test for me is if the pinch weld along the bottom is level from the front to the back.....
