Hey I got and 2003 sport a few months ago and would like to lift my jeep and man it up some. I i have read the lift thread on here and was looking at the 2.5'' JBA lift i was wondering if anyone has one here and if they like it. I am about to go to college this fall and ill be in the appalachian mountains so i would like to have something a little more snow capable and be able to do some other 4x4 fun stuff. That being said i am not made of money and JBA is kinda much are there any others alittle cheaper but not crappy?

Thanks

You can do a OME spring lift for 750-800 with everything you need. Thats about the best and cheapest you want to go for a good ride / handling etc.
JBA sells the springs along with AllJs and others.
A OME with 927 front springs/ 948 rear springs, Teraflex front bumpstops, have to go with like Bilstein shocks front and rear but would be a great lift and last a long time.
What part of the world are you from now? Maybe able to get a lift party together with some people who have done one before

Don't tell Tom I said this but he is right. :-)r

The OME HD is a great setup and you will like it. It is always worth doing something right the first time that way you are not dicking around later wasting time and money.

OME fronts seem to do well (esp. on CRDs,) I have a pair of the OME 132Ls here ( for the rear) and wasn't impressed too soft for me. Although some like them. Also the only place you can get the proper length OMEs ( 132Ls) is from AllJs. Nothing against ALLJs great people to deal with but again the only place to buy them
Ranchos yes if you can still find the RSX 17004 and 17505s then they are great
Bilsteins , great shock as well. I have the numbers here somewhere, they are not inked into my brain like the ranchos are

What type from Bilstein would you recommend for the KJ (twin tube, monotube, etc)?
