Ironman front struts have a removeable bottom plate that can be used in conjuction with spacers. They have a welded ring around them
that has a solid seat against the spring plate, they do this so you can fine tune the ride height if necessary. I have had mine on for 45000klms
and had no problem at all. Iam using mine in conjuction with Pedders springs and have roughly gained 2 1/2 inchs of ride height even with my
TJM bar on. Everyone has a different opinion on Ironman but most are happy with the products they sell, I am, and not just Jeeps but all brands
4WD. I have seen the problem of a low front end a couple of times and that can be attributed to the height of the spring mount. I have had a good experience
but I can't say everyone has.

2003 Limited, 2.5 inch lift, Pedders springs, Ironman Shocks and lots Fab work I have to do
but my other car is a Jeep

ah okay. I see. On all my coilovers for my track cars, the bottom perch was what adjusts, without compressing the spring. I forgot to take into consideration tho, that my setups are designed to lower the car (duh).

I think after all this, I;m just going to go with the Franenlift....

Thanks everyone!
