I love coffee but THAT is ridiculous! I have heard of it before. Just plain stupid.

I LOVE coffee, particularly when brewed in a French Press. Yum. I would shell out some $$ to try KL at least once - much like Dom Perignon or something - but I wouldn't look to make it my regular brew. That is, and shall remain, Community Dark Roast.

I would say you don't know what you're missing, but you obviously. . . don't know what you're missing. You should try some coffee sometime though.

I assume you have also not had any other form of caffeine?

Its pretty hard to not get some caffeine today. They put it in everything. Even chocolate has the stuff. Colas, pain pills...you name it, has it. People that choose not to drink coffee because of the stimulant have a hard time ignoring it because of its wide spread use. Some Mormon friends of mine do their best though. More power to them!

I drink decaff. And for the record, a french press can't catch the bad things coming from coffee like cafestrol that has been proven to raise the bad cholesterol.

Coffee ice cream tastes pretty good. But the actual stuff is not my thing. I usually wake up by crawling my way into the shower as I sit there in denial that sleep time is over and the day is here.

I don't like "coffee" but whatever happened to the 10 cent cup? Now it costs a lot just for a basic cup. I love the smell of fresh brewed coffe but hate the taste. The only way I could drink it is if I drown it with sugar and flavored creamer. It is no longer coffee, in the general sense. I needed it (my style of brew listed earlier) when I used to work the 4pm-Midnight and Midnight -8am shifts whiel going to college full time 75 miles away. Had to have the big 24 oz cups for the drive.

I am not supposed to have caffeine anymore. For those that remember why I missed going to LOST Moab back in `07, that's why.

Going to school 75 miles away full time? Good lord. I had a hard enough time when my dorm was 150 feet from the English building. I salute you, dedicated college man.

Me either. It gives me PVCs. I do decaff now. I load it up with a low cal french vanilla creamer and splenda. Kind of a dessert coffee.
