I got a check engine light (CEL) after an ECM tune and took it to the local Advanced Auto and AutoZone to get the scan to get the code causing the CEL. Unfortunately, the scan didn't show any codes

. So after getting advice from the firm doing the tune, I went to the Dealership to get a scan, and as it turns out, they say they have multiple scan levels. The first is the scan for 30 minutes at one cost and another is a scan for 60 minutes for another larger cost

. So, after the first scan they said that they couldn't find the exact thing, but it was "probably" in the boost pressure sensor, the sensor wiring, or the ECM.
Has anyone else had this malady after an ECM tune or a CEL with no codes reported?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
